Enchilladas - Aunt Jae

Sauce:
1 onion, chopped
1-2 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. ground beef 
1 tbsp. chili powder
8-10 drops hot sauce
1 (12 oz.)  can tomato juice
2 cans tomato soup, Campbells
2 green peppers, diced
? flour
? water

On medium heat saut6 chopped onion in  oil until transparent. Add ground
beef and brown. Sprinkle about I Tbs. chili powder and add 8 - 10 drops of hot sauce.
Pour everything into crock pot and add tomato juice, tomato soup and diced peppers.
Cook on high for about 6 - 8 hours. About Yzbeforc serving thicken with flour/water
mixture.

Tortillas:
4 - 5 C. Corn meal 1 Egg
3 Tbs. Oil I tsp. salt
1 C. Milk
Blend all ingredients with whisk. Spoon approx. 1/2 cup batter into oiled frying pan.
Spread around the pan to make a circle. When batter is dry all the way through flip
tortilla. Cook until light brown on both sides.
