Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - Jae

1 box lemon cake mix
1 3oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup poppy seeds

Beat all ingredients 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
