Shepherd’s Pie - Aunt Jae

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup cracker or bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix above ingredients together, spread into 9 x 13 pan & bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.  Meanwhile, make instant mashed potatoes to cover the entire dish to taste (about 8 servings of potatoes).  grate cheese enough to cover entire dish.

When meat is finished cooking, layer potatoes then cheese on top & bake again until cheese bubbles.
