Bar-B-Que Beef - Aunt Robyn

2 pounds stewing beef or chicken
1 jar BBQ sauce
potatoes (optional)


Pour over beef.  Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.  Take lid off for the second hour. You can add potatoes optionally.
