This is a holiday breakfast tradition at the Kody Stringham family home.
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 ham slice, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 pie crusts, frozen
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slightly beat eggs. Prepare tomatoes, onion, green peppers and ham.
Bake pie crusts for 5 minutes.
Blend eggs, tomatoes, green peppers, ham and milk
Add cheese and blend slightly.
Pour into the pie crusts.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
