Any Meat Casserole (Turkey, Ham or Chicken) -Marti

 To make a low carb version of this recipe substitute broccoli or cauliflower instead of rice.

2 cups Rice, cooked
Meat (any kind), diced
Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
½ can milk
1 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon juice

Grease 9x13 inch pan. 
Mix together soup, milk, and mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
Layer rice, meat and cheese
Pour sauce over the casserole.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.  Top with canned onion rings and brown in oven.  Takes less than 5 minutes.
