Dutch Oven Mountain Man Breakfast - Uncle Destyn and Aunt Becky

1 package hash browns, cubed
2 pounds country sausage
8 eggs, beaten
Cheddar cheese, grated

Crumble and brown sausage in Dutch oven.  Remove and drain.  Set aside.  Using sausage drippings, brown hash browns.  Use more oil if needed.  Level hash browns on the bottom of Dutch oven, then add sausage on top of hash browns.  Add ½ cup water to eggs and beat thoroughly and pour over sausage evenly.  Then sprinkle cheese.

Put on lid.  Place charcoal on top.  Cooks in 15-20 minutes until the eggs are firm.
