2 1/2 cup warm water
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 box white or yellow cake mix
5 cups flour
In a large bowl dissolve yeast and warm water. Blend in cake mix. Mix in flour, one cup at a time until the dough is smooth. Use clean hands and knead the dough until it is smooth. Cover the bowl and let rise for 1 hour (or until it doubles). Punch it down. Spread the dough into greased 10x15x1 jelly roll pan (Like pizza). Cut the dough into squares. Cover and let rise (double in size)
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
