1/4 cup butter
1 cup whipping cream
salt and pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb. chicken (cooked and cubed)
8 oz broccoli
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
Bring a of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until aldente; drain.
In a large saucepan, melt butter in skillet. When butter foams, add cream. Simmer over med. Heat 2 minutes or until thickened. Season with salt & pepper. Prepare fettuccine as directed on package. Add Parmesan cheese, chicken. and cooked broccoli and heat 20 to 30 seconds.
Add to sauce. Use enough of the pasta so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
