1 pound french bread loaf
6 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/ cup parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Cut in half lengthwise and remove soft center of of French bread. Crumble up the bread that was pulled from the crust of the french bread. Melt butter in a frypan and add chopped garlic and sesame seeds until softened. In a bowl add sour cream, parsley, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and artichoke hearts. Mix with bread crumb mixture. Spoon into bread shells. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
