melted butter
Rub chicken with some chicken bullion. Dip in melted butter, then breadcrumbs. Put in casserole dish and bake on 350 for
about 30 – 40 minutes until chicken is not pink inside. Taste the chicken before taking out of the
oven. If chicken is not done all the way
it will be a little rubbery. Watch
closely at this point, though because chicken can dry out real fast. Serve with noodles with either herb/butter
sauce or alfredo sauce (in packets).
