Musaka - Aunt Jae

2 lb. ground beef
10–12 medium potatoes
bullion or vega
½ onion
5 eggs
1 tbsp. oil

Sauté chopped onion in oil until transparent.  Add ground beef.  Sprinkle generously with bouillon or Vega.  Brown.  Slice potatoes into medallions.  Layer ½ the potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.  Cover with meat mixture.  Layer the other ½ of the potatoes on top.  Scramble all 5 eggs and pour evenly over the entire casserole.  Cook uncovered on 350 for about 45 minutes.

Alternate Version

Use sour cream and chive mashed potatoes instead of the sliced potatoes.
