Can-Do Sugar Cookies - Aunt Jae

2/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup oleo or margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
cream butter and sugar.

Just till mixed in add:

2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Mix till it sticks (if too dry add milk)

Bake at 350 degrees for 6 – 8 minutes.  Do not overcook!
