1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 ½ tbsp. flour
1 ½ cup apple cider or apple juice
½ cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 apples pealed & sliced thinly
1 box chicken stuffing cooked
½ cup melted butter
Combine butter & flour in a large sauce pan till past. Add milk, cider & soup – whisk till lumps
melt. Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese, cook
over low heat till cheese melts. Do not
boil or cheese will separate! Grease 9 x
13 pan & lay chicken breasts in it, lay apple slices on chicken. Pour sauce over apple & chicken &
sprinkle cooked stuffing & left over cheese on top of sauce. Drizzle melted butter over evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
