Ho Ho Cake - Aunt Jae

Bake Devil’s Food Cake in jelly roll pan as directed & let cool.

Cream Filling:
¾ cup sugar
1 stick margarine or butter softened (at room temp.)
2/3 cup shortening (Crisco)
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
5 oz. evaporated milk

Beat until light & fluffy (10 – 15 minutes) & spread over cooled cake.

soften one can of chocolate frosting (10 – 15 seconds) in the microwave, stir & microwave (10-15 seconds) again – until you can pour over cream filling iced cake.

 Refrigerate until set.
