6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheese
4 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
Cook potatoes in salted water.
Mix remaining ingredients in buttered casserole dish.
Peel potatoes when tender and cooled. Dice and add to rest of ingredients.
Cubed ham is optional.
Bake @ 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
