Funeral Potatoes - Grandma Ellen

1/2 pound frozen hash browns
I can cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
seasoning to taste

Unthaw hash browns. Mix with all other ingredients. Put in greased casserole dish. Top
with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Great re-warmed.
