Hot Potato Salad - Grandma Ellen

8 potatoes, boiled, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tbsp. onion, chopped

Mix together margarine, soup, sour cream, and pour over potatoes, onions and cheese.  Mix well.  Top with mixture of 1 cup grated cheese, 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 2 tbsps. melted butter.  Can use onion salt for those who do not like onions.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
