Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes - Great Grandma Velma

 5 or 6 potatoes, peeled
flour
salt and pepper
1 medium onion
Milk to cover

Dip pork chops in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in frying pan.
Peel and slice a layer of potatoes in 9 x 13 baking pan. Add a layer of chopped onion.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Repeat layering until potatoes are all included. End
with flour, salt and pepper. Cover completely with milk.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
