Best Steak Marinade - Aunt Cindra

Since introducing this marinade to the family, it had by far become the most requested meal for all occasions  Scott says he would choose this steak over any steak in a restaurant This marinade is wonderful on any steak or chicken. Lately I have been making the marinade, adding it to the steak in a Ziploc bag and freezing it until I want a steak.  When it thaws it is perfectly marinade.

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 cup salad oil

Marinate steaks overnight or 24 hours.   Broil in toaster convection oven about 15 minutes on each side or until desired color is obtained. This meat is also wonderful barbecued.

This is a trick for my Cuisinart convection toaster broiler oven.  I turn my rack so that it is on the lowest level in the oven.  Then I broil it on each side for about 15 minutes.  I do check it before the 1st turn.
