Veggie Melts - Aunt Robyn

1 cup broccoli, sliced
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon bacon bits
3/4 cup zucchini, shredded
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
1 can French fried onion rings
1 tablespoons butter, melted


Combine vegetables in a bowl.  Pour butter over veggies and toss.  Spoon into microwavable dish.  Cook on high for 4 minutes.  Top with cheese, onion rings, and bacon bits.  Cover and cook on high 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
