Chicken Noodle Soup with Homemade Noodles– Aunt Robyn

3 eggs yolks
1 egg, whole
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
8 cups water
4 chicken breasts
8  chicken bouillon
1 bag frozen or fresh vegetables, optional


Beat eggs until light and fluffy.  Beat in water and add salt.  Fold in flour.  Divide into thirds and roll as thin as possible.  Roll dough jelly roll style and cut into strips.  Let dry.  Boil chicken in 8 cups water.  Remove chicken to dice.  Add bouillon to water and bring to a boil.  Add noodles, chicken and vegetables (if desired).  Boil 30 minutes.  Simmer and serve.
