Ham and Swiss Party Loaf – Grandma Elle

French bread load, sliced in half diagonally
½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup honey mustard
¼ cup sliced green onion
2 teaspoon poppy seed
1 pound ham, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 small red pepper, cut in rings
1 small green pepper, cut in rings

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.  Place bread on aluminum foil.  Combine butter, mustard, green onion in a small bowl.  Mix.  Spread cut side of bread with butter mixture.  Cover the bottom half of bread with ham, cheese and peppers.  Wrap loaf loosely.  

Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Slice for serving.
