Hamburger Tomato Casserole – Aunt Robyn

1 package elbow macaroni, large
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pound hamburger, browned
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water

Heat tomatoes with cheese.  Thicken with water and flour blended smooth.  Layer with noodles and browned hamburger.

Bake at 325 degrees F. or 30-40 minutes.
