Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup cornstarch
1 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
¼ cup olive oil
SAUCE:
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup chicken broth
Cut chicken breasts into chunks. Season with salt and
pepper.
Mix cornstarch and garlic salt in a large Ziploc
bag. Shake to coat chicken.
Using tongs (so your hands don't get yucky) dip each
piece of chicken into beaten eggs and then place in hot frying pan with
vegetable oil. Cook until browned on all
sides but not cooked through. Place in a single layer in a baking dish.
Mix sauce ingredients together over chicken.
Bake for one hour at 325 degrees F. Turn chicken every 15
minutes.
Serve chicken with white or fried rice and extra sauce on
the side
