Breakfast Egg Casserole - Aunt Jessi

Make this the night before serving and let set in refrigerator overnight before baking.

1 ½- 1 ¾ pounds cheddar cheese
8 slices bread
2 ½ cup milk
8 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Sausage, ham or bacon

Mix eggs, salt, and dry mustard in a bowl.  Brown your choice of meat and drain well.  Grease a 9x13 inch casserole pan.  Cube bread.  Layer meat, bread, cheese and then pour the egg mixture over it all.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
