Killer Baked Beans - Aunt Jessi

2 can pork and beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans
1 hot Italian sausage
1 pound country sausage
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon liquid smoke
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Brown sausage.  Drain.  Combine onions with sausage and soften onions until browned.  Mix beans and meat together in a crock-pot.  Add in green pepper and celery.

In a separate bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce.  Add sauce to beans and meat mixture. Stir well.


Cook on low 7-9 hours.
