Roast Beef - Uncle Justan

5 parts salt
5 parts Season All – blue
1 part pepper
½ part garlic powder
Kitchen Bouquet

Mix seasonings.  Moisten Roast with Kitchen Bouquet.  Spread spices over roast and soak in fridge overnight.  Bake in oven the next day.
