Fruit Cobbler – Aunt Eve

 ½ cup self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
½ cube margarine
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup fruit with juice

Melt butter in oven in glass baking dish while mixing flour, sugar, and milk.  Pour mixture over melted butter in baking pan.  Add fruit and juice.  DO NOT STIR.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

This can be served by itself or with ice-cream or whipping cream.
