½ cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
¾ cup cornstarch
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Cream together the butter
and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in flour and cornstarch.
Refrigerate until chilled. Roll
into 1 inch balls and place on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake in 350 degrees for
10-12 minutes
Optional: you may roll cooled cookies in powdered sugar
for a pretty cookie. These are also good with some chopped pecans in the
cookies.
