Apricot Frappe’ – Grandma Ellen

This recipe was given to Grandma from her cousin Jean Card

1 quart canned sweetened apricots or bottled apricot nectar
2 liter bottle 7-Up or any lemon lime soda


Liquify apricots in a blender until smooth.  Freeze to a slush.  Stir several times during the process or it will be too hard to serve.  Stirring it give is air and makes it into a slush instead of an ice cube.  Spoon into glasses and serve with 7-Up or another lemon lime drink.
