Orange Cream Fruit Salad - Aunt Jessi

15 ounce pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup peach slices, drained
8 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large banana, sliced
1 small apple, cut in chunks
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons sour cream
6 ounce instant vanilla pudding
3 tablespoons milk
Lettuce

Combine fruit and mix lightly.  Combine orange juice, sour cream and pudding mix.  Fold into fruit mixture.  Cover and chill for several hours before serving.  Serve in a lettuce cup.
