Watermelon Ice - Grandma Ellen

Watermelon
3 cups sugar
2 cups water

Cut watermelon into chunks.  Press through a potato press.  Boil water and dissolve sugar in the water.  Allow to cool.  Add to watermelon puree and freeze over night.  Remove 45 minutes before serving and mash to a crushed ice consistency. 

Serve with green grapes and a sprig of mint.
