5 ounce bottle Roka Cheese
5 ounce bottle Old English Cheese
12 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 cup nuts,chopped
Mix together well and chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours). Once firm, butter hands well and form into a ball. Roll cheese in chopped walnuts until well covered.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
