This marinade is very healthy and has no oil in it.
½ cup soy sauce
1 ½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix ingredients.
Marinade chicken for 24 hours.
Broil on outside grill or the broiler in your oven. During the last couple of minutes, you may
broil a pineapple slice on top of each piece of chicken. Serve over a bed of wild rice (optional).
