12 medium potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
3 teaspoons salt
pepper
4 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups ham, cooked and diced
1 package frozen peas
Cook peas as directed on package. Add diced potatoes. Remove from heat and set aside. Melt butter in a sauce pan and stir in flour and seasonings. Cook stirring constantly until bubbly. Gradually add the milk and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in ¾ of cheese and the potato pea mixture.

Spray a 9x13 casserole dish
with a non-stick spray. Put the ham and
potato mixture into the casserole dish.
Top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for about 15 minutes until the
cheese melts and browns slightly.
