Angel food cake (day old)
2 (6 ounce) packages
gelatin (raspberry or orange)
Peaches
Bananas
Walnuts
Pecans
Mandarin Oranges
Raspberries
2 packages instant vanilla
pudding
3 cups milk
Whip Cream or Cool Whip
Tear angel food cake into
pieces in the bottom of the fancy bowl.
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups
boiling water. Add enough ice cubes to
partially set. Remove ice. Pour over cake. Refrigerate until the gelatin
is set.
Add sliced peaches,
bananas, walnuts.
Mix 2 packages of vanilla
pudding. Pour over the fruit and nuts.
Layer raspberries, bananas
and pecans.
Add whipped cream.
Garnish with remaining
fruits and nuts.
