Raspberry Cheese Cake – Grandma Ellen

Crust:
2 cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 cube butter
½ cup walnuts or pecans

Combine ingredients and cut together like a pie crust until they resemble course meal.  Press 2/3 of mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool

Filling:
12 ounces Cool Whip (or 2 packages Dream Whip)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

Beat together sugar and cheese until fluffy.  Add ½ of the whipped topping.  Spread on cooled crust.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 of crust crumbs.

Topping:
1 package Danish Dessert
10 ounce package frozen raspberries with juice


Make Danish Desert with 2 ½ cup water.  Add raspberries.  Spoon over cream cheese layer.  Let set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
