3 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 cup milk or cream1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Cook sugar, syrup, milk and salt in large pan. Add soda close to end of cooking period. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold
water. Cool and beat until it turns
creamy. Add vanilla during beating
procedure. Mold into balls and dip in
melted chocolate and roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut.
